I was very embarrassed about the shape of my breast and nervous before the first consultation but Mr Iwuagwu made me feel very comfortable and at ease from the get go. I never felt obliged nor pressured about my decision at any point and I genuinely felt like his main concern was my happiness. He was brilliant from the beginning, during my operation all the way to the end of my recovery. Unable to get in a swimming pool, unable to take off my shirt, unable to wear certain clothes, lack of confidence and almost constant sadness and shame. I had a problem and I had been carrying it for almost 8 years, it ruined most of my teenage life. I was suffering from the condition called gynecomastia, which in the simplest terms possible means as a guy I had what looked like breasts on my chest…they weren’t even evenly shaped.
When enough was enough my mum told me she knew a doctor and that doctor recommended Fortune Iwuagwu. I went to go and see him; he was very friendly and put me at ease and reassured me that all my problems were coming to an end. He had a calmness and understanding with a strong desire to help unfortunate people such as myself. I appreciated his attention to detail and the fact he told me all I needed to know, even going through the details of my operation, telling exactly how he was going to deal with my problem.
A few short weeks later I had an operation and after recovering my chest had absolutely no hitches, I had a normal young adult chest. I felt as if I had a new lease on life. All the simple things that most people won’t appreciate I was able to do, like simply wearing a t-shirt outside. No more layering up in an attempt to cover up the lumps. All I have to do now is work out and put some muscle on this!

As a fellow colleague who understands the difficulty in reshaping and rejuvenating the ageing face and body I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU.
Breast augmentation and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) are perhaps the two most sought after surgical procedures.
Having had both procedures with Mr Iwuagwu I can certainly say that Mr Iwuagwu's techniques and pre and post-surgical care have been exemplary.
